The Jackery® Explorer 300 Plus is a compact, travel-ready portable power station built around a high-cycle-life lithium battery pack delivering 288Wh of energy with a 300W pure sine output (600W surge). Warranty Information
Warranty (Explorer 300 Plus): 3 Years Standard from the original purchase date for the original consumer purchaser, with an optional +2 Years when you register the product (total up to 5 years). Proof of purchase is required.
- Battery care requirement: To keep coverage active, the battery must be fully charged within 7 days of purchase and recharged at least every 6 months thereafter.
- What Jackery may do: Repair or replace (new or refurbished) the product or component; replaced items are covered for the remainder of the original term or 90 days, whichever is longer.
- Exclusions (examples): Misuse/abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, use with non-Jackery accessories, and items bought via online auction houses.
