Jackery products ship FREE to destinations inside the United States. For all destinations outside the United States, please understand the following policies.

Thank you for choosing Mr. Solar® for your Jackery power solutions. To ensure reliable delivery to our customers located outside the United States, we utilize a specialized forwarding process.

Shipping to Canada & International Destinations

For customers residing outside the United States (for example, in Canada), Jackery orders are processed via our domestic hub to facilitate international transit.

How the Process Works:

Initial Transit: Your Jackery order is first shipped (FREE of shipping charges) from the manufacturer to the Mr. Solar® headquarters in Maryland: 9600 Pulaski Park Dr. Ste 107, Middle River, MD, 21220
Arrival & Notification: Once your package is received at our Maryland location, a member of our team will call you to provide a shipping quote.
Forwarding Payment: Shipping costs from Maryland to your final destination must be paid at this time to facilitate international transit.
Final Delivery: Upon payment, we will forward your Jackery product directly to your international address.
Import Fees & Taxes: Please note that you are responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or tariffs incurred on deliveries inside Canada or other international destinations.
