Jackery provides a 3-year standard warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. This warranty is valid from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, Jackery will repair or replace the product at no charge if found defective.
Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, modification, accident, abuse, or commercial use is not covered. Proof of purchase is required for service.
