Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Freight to follow
When "freight to follow" is indicated in the shipping line in your cart, you will see the word "free". Please note that certain components on this website are too large to ship via UPS. As a result, shipping charges will not be included when you place your order. Freight charges will be calculated after we receive your order and you will be contacted by a sales representative for this purpose. This rule supercedes the shipping value in your cart, even if the value is showing as "free". Freight is not free. During the checkout process, any orders that exceed 150lbs will have a round tick button labeled "Freight Charges To Follow $0.00". Ticking this button will allow you to proceed through the checkout process so that you can complete your order. Keep in mind, however, that you will be contacted with the freight cost and for approval to charge your credit card.
UPS Ground Shipping Schedule
Orders placed after 1PM EST might not make the UPS cutoff for that day, and will ship the next business day. Several of our items are custom builds and may take anywhere from 2-5 business days for production. If that is the case, a sales representative will be in touch to give you an estimate of the expected lead time prior to finalizing the transaction.
For a shipping quote, please put your items in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. A quote will be given at step 2 of checkout. We use UPS for shipping of most products under 150 lbs (68 kg). For orders of products that weigh in excess of 150 lbs. (68 kg), we attempt to find the best price for freight shipping and then we will contact you to approve shipping costs to be added to your order. We don't capture your credit card payment until you approve the freight charges so please proceed through the checkout process as you normally would and we'll be in touch once we receive a sastisfactory bid for freight shipping costs, which is a fast process.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
