Warranty Information
Warranty (Explorer 500): Jackery provides a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase to the original consumer purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Coverage: Defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.
- Remedy: Jackery will repair or replace (using new or refurbished parts) any product or component found to be defective during the warranty period. Repaired or replaced units remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty or for 90 days, whichever is longer.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modification, improper maintenance, exposure to liquid, fire, or unauthorized repair or disassembly.
- Battery maintenance: The battery must be fully charged within 7 days of purchase and recharged at least every 6 months to maintain warranty validity.
