An RV (or recreational vehicle) solar panel kit is an electrical system that uses light from the sun to charge your RV batteries. The electrical energy generated is capable of running the interior lighting and other RV appliances. And the nicest thing about having solar power in your RV is it frees you up to go almost anywhere, including boondocking in remote areas where using your fuel and generator emits foul exhaust fumes and odors as well as noise that is jarring compared to the relevant quiet of natural places.
Our newly pre-configured RV and boat solar power kits are designed for RV battery charging aboard your recreational vehicle or boat. These kits can be connected to any battery, allowing for continuous recharge during daylight hours (including trickle charge for idle batteries). Extend battery life from anywhere the sun shines, secure in the knowledge your solar batter charging system will be working quietly for you.
Each kit contains a solar panel, charge controller, complete wiring to connect from panel to controller to battery, and hardware to flush mount your array.

These kits are capable of charging the batteries on your RV or boat but are not attached directly to your RV or boat. They are also portable, which means you can stow them in your RV and bring them out when you set up camp. While you play, these products will be topping off the batteries, drained from powering the lights or other loads during the evening and overnight. No burning smelly fuel or grating noise using a gas-powered generator to recharge your batteries!
