In areas where the panels will receive lots of sunlight your battery array could be smaller but in less sunny climates your array may need to be larger.
DC to AC Inverter: Solar panels and batteries produce DC electric current, but most household appliances use AC power. The inverter simply converts DC current into AC current that can then be used by your TV or laptop computer.
